WCBイチの食いしん坊、“Crispi Boi”。大好物のホップを食べ過ぎて、気づけば倉庫の中身は、ほぼ空っぽに……。どうにか残っていたSaaz(ザーツ) を使い、歴史深いチェコの手法で作ったビールがこれだー!!
引き続き過去作を振り返りレシピを微調整。ボディ感や香ばしさ、モルトの風味を濃厚に。ビスケットやクラッカーのような穀物系のアロマに続き、はちみつの甘い印象と、レモンを思わせる柑橘やハーブの香り。柔らかく軽やかな飲み口に、後味を引き締める苦みが心地良く、クリーンでクリアな味わい。
伝統を守り、新しきを追求する。これも、WCBスタイル。ホップ爆食い&ビールがぶ飲みスタイルで、暑さ厳しい夏を駆け抜けましょう🍻
Thirsty for Crispi, our Boi is back. The Alchemist’s jacketed stainless cauldrons of wonder continue to pump out the super crispi liquid goodies. As we like to say - Czech Pils Paradise is now open for session. We finally got around to weaving this bad boi back into the brew schedule, and not a moment too soon. Crispi Boi pushes the traditional style with just enough Saaz hops to satiate the Hop Dude’s monstrous appetite, having just the right amount of lemongrass / herbal nuance, a touch of lemon / banana on the nose and a light body to accentuate hop bitterness and max out the Crispiness Quotient. We’re going to make that a thing. Somehow (we’re still working on it). It’s gonna take time. And lots of Czech Pils.
