我らWCBのホーム、用宗海岸。凪いだ海面に映るのは、輝く星のしずくと月明かり。早速出来上がったビールと仲間で焚火を囲み、団らん時間を始めるHop Dudeたち。
焚火がパチパチとはぜる音と共に、また次なるビールのアイデアがこみ上げる。夜空に広がる満天の星々を見つめながら、ゆっくりとレシピを話し合い、そしてまた夜が更けていく……。
温州みかんのような香りに、キャラメル感。オレンジに金柑、べっこう飴、焼きあがったパンを連想させる香ばしいアロマ。オレンジキャンディーのようなフルーティーさと、ほうじ茶っぽい香ばしい印象。ロースティーな後口も◎。
Hop Dudes getting their year-end cold weather beach camping on? (Not likely but the thought is nice right?) We decided to change-up the hops on one of our favorite brews to bring you >>Fireside<< Stories. Just the right amount of malty backbone and bitterness to match the cold winter wind, balanced out with a combo of some of our best Simcoe, Chinook and Amarillo hops to bring the story full circle. We are going to recommend you drink this one inside - but if you do decide to brave the cold, this is your go to full stop.
