日々、ホップの実験に明け暮れるHop Dudeたち。
新たなビールのアイデアを求め、砂浜で繰り広げる彼らのマイブーム。お約束ゴトは、たった一つだけ。“Freestyle Hops”のホップのみを使うってコト。自由気ままで壮大に、自らの感性で組み合わせては試行錯誤。
オレンジやパパイヤ、マンゴーを連想させるアロマ。絞りたてオレンジジュースのようで、ほのかにトロピカル感あるフレーバーは、徐々にホワイトグレープフルーツの印象へ。アフターでは、超フレッシュな味わいと共に、程よい苦みと柑橘の甘い風味に。
想像と創造の原点である砂場で磨かれた、Hop Dudeの感性。
そう、造って終わりではなく、破壊してまた次へと挑み続けていく。極上のホップをふんだんに使用したSandboxが、今夏、WCBの新たなシリーズとして幕を開ける。
Almost went with “Hopcastles in the Sand” for this one, as the Freestyle combos are about to come hot and heavy, washing away with the tide to be rebuilt yet again by our white sand lupulin task force (“Etch-a-Sketch Hop Dude” would have worked also🤔) But yeah, so welcome to our “Freestyle Sandbox.” A place to play, to test and to turn. The Hazy train rolls on as Sandbox Vol.1 features Freestyle Nelson, Freestyle Motueka and Freestyle Wakatu in a lockdown combo of epic proportions. Mandarin orange, ripe papaya and mango aromas push through to huge citrus hits with even more mango and white grapefruit on the backend. Let the summer of juicy Freestyle goodies begin!
