ねぇ、覚えてる？あの日のこと。星を眺めながら語り合い、僕らは同じ夢を叶える約束をした。きっと大人になっても、ずっと変わらないって信じてた。君はいつまでも僕の隣にいると思っていたのに。まさか違う道を歩み、対立することになるなんて。
地球から見える星の輝きって、宇宙で発した過去の光なんだって。今日、夜空を見ながら君との懐かしい日々を思い出したんだ。僕はまだ、あの約束をどうしても忘れられないよ。君はどう思ってる？
WCBのフラッグシップIPA「Starwatcher」強化版！
刈りたてのフレッシュな草のアロマが印象的。カンタロープを思わせるメロンのノートと、グレープフルーツのような柑橘系の香りにトロピカルさが混じり合う。さらに、グレープやベリー、ストーンフルーツのフレーバーが続々と現れ、ウッディでパインなニュアンスをより引き立てる。
It's all fun and games until you become mortal enemies with your best friend from grade school, amirite? Like so many other fantastic fables, ours has the protagonist and antagonist as schoolmates, spending their formative years together, gazing at the stars (and... taking turns watching each other play Secret of Mana until 2am😅). While our would-be Hop foes were oblivious to their fate, when we cooked up Galaxywatcher... we knew EXACTLY what we were getting into. Suped up Starwatcher. Starwatcher on performance-enhancing substances. Freaking Barry Bonds Starwatcher, basically. And yes, just like the not-so-subtle proper noun in the last sentence, this elixir be hitting DINGERS. Fresh-cut grass and woody aromatics, melon and cantaloupe notes. Subtle hints of citrus / grapefruit, floral notes of geranium, with grape, berry and stone fruit flavors. This West Coast Double IPA has it all. A play on our OG and favorite beer of all time, just in time for our 5th anniversary.
