名状し難い気配が張り詰めたGateway。門の向こうには銀白へ染まる別世界が広がり、その静寂を破るように、漆黒の闇を纏ったHop Breakerの軍勢が噴き出すように現れ続けていた。闇の巨人が増殖するのに比例して、絶望の層が積み重なっていく。奥ではNemesisが薄ら笑いを浮かべ、運命の行方を見届けるように、9代目AlchemistとProdigyを見下ろしていた。
悪寒は錯覚ではない。だが、二人は恐怖に呑まれなかった。今、世界を守れるのは自分たちしかいない——その確信だけが、彼らの心を支えていた。9代目Alchemistは、揺らぐ心を奮い立たせるように術式を展開し、Prodigyも連携魔法の準備へと移る。言葉は不要。積み重ねた修行が自然と呼吸を合わせ、魔法陣は熱気を帯びて脈打ち始めた。古代ホップ語を唱え、その響きを媒介に放ち、渾身の一撃が軍勢を貫いた瞬間……！
若きAlchemistは、激しい鼓動に引き戻されるように目を覚ました。ゆっくりと汗で濡れた布団から身を起こす。あれは夢か、それとも呼び寄せられた残響なのか。魔法を放った感覚だけが鮮明に残り、何故か不思議な余韻が胸を離れなかった。だが、もう授業の時間だ。現実へ戻るため、10代目は立ち上がった。
濃厚イエローなHazy。表現豊かな香りはフィルターを重ねるように、トロピカルフルーツや、熟したアプリコットにピーチ、ほのかに感じるベリーのイメージ。緑の息吹のようにフレッシュな草の印象や、柔らかいマシュマロを思わせるクリーミーな質感も。最後には繊細に香るダンクなノートで〆。

The “visions” when awake were brief glimpses into the future—but his dreams were always of events that happened in the past. He had been seeing the same dream over and over—the last Alchemist and his trek to The Gateway, the confrontation with The Nemesis and his army of Hopbreakers. An epic battle between two mortal enemies with unmatched power. The tide turned dark each time when a mysterious fog emerged from The Gateway, pushing the Alchemist back. This is always when he woke—could the dream be calling him? What did this have to do with him? We’re gonna need to throw back a few r5 to figure it out methinks? 😛
FHAr5 emerges just as incredibly expressive as the Alchemist’s dreams—huge mango and papaya with a hint of berry and sun-ripened stone fruit, locked down by an immersive marshmallow-like creamy/confectionary texture and earthy-resinous edge (lets call it Dankness) to finish. Citra CRYO, Hollingbery Mosaic, Freestyle Mot and a little Strata for good measure. This is an awesome hop combo.
