太陽の光が柔らかく広がるように、Hop Dudeが集い、あたたかい活気が満ちていく。いつの間にかここは誰かの、そしてみんなの居場所に。変化を重ねながらも、想いは今も確かに息づいている。
それでも、ふと立ち止まり、振り返る瞬間。初めて扉を開けた日の空気が蘇る。何も無かったからこそ自由で、すべてが始まりだった、あの感覚。胸が高鳴るワクワクした気持ちは、今も心に刻まれている。
だからこそ、また。ココから新しい景色を描いていく。自分たちの世界を、これからも手放さないために。
WCBでは初使用となる新品種ホップ「Vera」を主役に、親和性が高いと考えられるIdaho7とMotuekaを組み合わせ。グレープフルーツやオレンジといった、ホップ由来ながら柑橘感あるアロマの魅力が広がっていく。さらにトロピカルフルーツの鮮やかな香りが重なり、メロンや熟した核果の甘いニュアンスが味わいに深みを上乗せ。フレッシュでフルーティー、さらにグラッシー。爽やかさと透明感に優れた春の一杯。

The best early spring beers are the fresh hazy pale ales…? Massive tropical nose, punching way over their weight for their ABV, satisfaction in every sip yet not quite enough to stop you from popping open another. Time Slip brings the dankness, several parts Idaho 7, paired with our first exploration into Vera hops and punctuated with a Freestyle Mot garnish. We are getting super bright and expressive tropical aromatics (papaya/mango/pineapple) with melon, ripe stone fruit and fresh-cut grass on the palate. Lively and fruit-forward, this one may or may not teleport you back to an early April that wasn’t rainy af, where we actually got to enjoy the cherry blossoms proper (your mileage is def going to vary for this one).
