さて潮風を一挙に受けた乗船後のお楽しみといえば、久しぶりに仕込んでいたフルーツSour開栓の儀。果汁をたっぷり放り込み、フレッシュな魅力を、いざ注入！火照った身体を目覚めさせ、カラダの隅々までゆっくりと、じんわり沁みわたる果実の酸味は、何よりものご褒美に。
副原料として投入した、クランベリー・グレープフルーツ・ピンクグレープフルーツの豊かな香りが混ざり合う。プラムやチェリー、プルーンを思わせるアロマの層に、メロンやバブルガムを思わせる甘いニュアンス。まるでカクテルのような味わいは、氷を入れて飲んでも美味しいかも？！
The Alchemist has been getting back into cocktails lately, and bringing out fruit additions you wouldn't regularly see on this side of the Pacific. Seabreeze is a cocktail-inspired kettle sour, loaded with cranberry and grapefruit purees. Drinks like a swig of cranberry juice followed immediately by a massive bite of ripe grapefruit. Pithy, tart and fruity, Seabreeze is a beer only in name and body, a citrusy refresh button that is perfect for the wack and unseasonably warm October weather (after all that rain, we'll take it). Slightly taboo but this brew also tastes fantastic on ice (slight dilution + ice cold = win).
