「戮力協心」以来、久々に『京都醸造』チームとのクロスコラボレーションが実現へ！今回のテーマは、ホップ由来の“ダンク”感を際立たせること。Idaho7・Luminosa・Strata・Strata CGXをセレクトし、3回に分けてドライホップを実施。さらに京都醸造のWest Coast Double IPAに倣ってモルト構成を決定。
摘みたてのホップを思わせる、フレッシュで青々としたアロマ。パッションフルーツなどトロピカルでフルーティーな果実味が広がり、ウッディやフローラルなニュアンスとの絶妙バランス。後口に感じる心地よい苦みが全体を引き締め、満足度の高い飲み口に。

Not to be confused with the movie—we don’t get THAT wild (usually).
Hop Dude get-togethers always start with boring shop talk, but after a few pints, everyone’s huddled around a table lying through their teeth playing Coup (I’M STILL THE DUKE). So naturally, "Game Night" was the only appropriate title for our 2nd collaboration drop with @kyotobrewing
And this West Coast DIPA is DANK. Extra dank. ABSOLUTE MAXIMUM EFFORT ON THE DANKNESS.
It starts off doing all the classic West Coast DIPA motions—bursting with high-definition Strata and Luminosa vibes featuring passionfruit and citrus and ripe fruit character—and then takes a MASSIVE Idaho 7 left-turn, passes GO, collects 7,500 JPY/kg, and SMACKS YOU DIRECTLY IN THE FACE WITH DANK RESIN.
Grab your crew, shuffle the deck, and chug this down before the mid-August heatwave melts it ALL🍻💥
