真夏のビーチに集まったHop Dudeたち。照り返す砂浜は、たちまち彼らのSandboxに。アイデアの数だけ砂を積み上げながら、新たな味わいへのイメージを膨らませていく。そして、この砂場遊びのルールは、ただ一つ。“Freestyle Hops”のホップのみを使うってコト。自由気ままで壮大に、自らの感性で組み合わせては試行錯誤。
シリーズ第8弾。ドライホップには、Kohia Nelson・Peacharine・Southern Crossをセレクト。さらに、その他の工程で使用されるホップもすべて@freestylehops縛りに！マンゴーやパイナップルを連想させるトロピカルフルーツの甘い香りに、桃のようなストーンフルーツの風味豊かなアロマ。さらにマスカットやぶどうのニュアンスが加わることで、フルーティーながら複雑さが重なる楽しい飲み口に。
陽射しを遊び尽くすための、ジューシーな一杯。どんなに暑くたって、ホップの誘惑には勝てないのだ。これこそ、夏の用宗の正しい過ごし方。
Don’t worry, this brew isn’t going to jump out of the “Sandbox” and infiltrate some other breweries tanks or something. Our brews don’t go rogue🫠
But they do however, absolutely bang😎✌🏼 We’ve had a lengthy break from Juicy Hazy, and while this one doesn’t quite count (no lactose was harmed in the making of this beer), it features a gentle and sweeter finish you might expect from a beer of that particular style. It is all Freestyle❤️ But we might contribute the sweet hit somewhat to the boil featuring doses of thiolized Super Sauvin, as well as the DH being designed with massive amounts of Peacharine and passionfruit-infused Kohia Nelson. This beer isn’t without bitterness but leans heavy into the sweeter tropical layers, a welcome reprieve from hazies of late and another awesome elixir courtesy of fantastic NZ hops.
