Our 12th (!!!) unique location opens Friday, July 24th. We’ve had this one cooking for quite some time now, and to finally see it hit has been pretty awesome. The name? If this is going to be a sort of “flagship” spot for us and the WCB brand, we wanted to find something unique enough AND easy enough for local folks to spit out (navigating borrowed words from English, another of the many Japanese language games we play). We also wanted this spot to feel like an awesome beer you just tried for the first time, but yet has some of that old school nostalgia that brings you back. Fresh yet iconic - “Instant Classic” is where it’s at. And to top it off we had the pleasure and privilege to team up with a great friend of ours Evan Thomas of @baconbarjapan fame, to literally beef up our food menu. Burgers and Sandos with custom sauces and hand-made brioche buns man. Taking this from being just a craft beer spot to a proper establishment. Brimming with sensory unlike anything we have ever experienced, pair the goodies with your favorite brew, or with this beer to commemorate the opening.
