Hop Dudeはみんな、大好きな夏を心待ちにしている。スイミングに励み、用宗の自然で遊び、メローなこの地に身を委ねて育ってきた。けれど中には、それが怖いHop Dudeもいる。水がどうしても恐ろしくて近づけないのだ。そんな彼の目に映る、楽しげにはしゃぐ仲間たちの姿──その景色は、美しくもあり、どこか切なく胸を締めつける。
それでも彼は夢をみる。いつか、自分もこの風景に心を通わせて、誰よりも夏を満喫できるようになる日を。きっと、自分だけの“夏”は、これから始まる。
Totopiaチームの醸造手法を参考に完成したPhilly Sour。副原料としてピンクグアバ・スイートチェリー・ココナッツフレークあわせて総重量730kgを投入！さらにドライホップとして、甘いフルーツニュアンスが特長のRakauとKohia Nelsonをセレクト。
チェリーの強いアロマからスタートし、次にはグアバのトロピカル感やベリーのニュアンス。ほのかに感じられるローストココナッツの香りが全体を包み込み、なめらかな口当たりが叶える飲み心地の良さは、忘れられない夏の想い出に。

Well, well. We introduce three "water" themed beers, and Mother Earth decided to let one go. Not exactly the marketing effect we were aiming for when I was back planning this week's releases... but it is what it is :X Hop Dudes loved our Nemesisphobia elixir from last year that we had to come back for another! Aquaphobia is a Sour DIPA loaded with (a grand total of over 700kg of) guava and cherry purees, consecu-pitched with philly sour and farmhouse ale strains to give it that fabulous TOTOPIA twist. I was going to talk about H2O and how there are Hop Dudes who love/hate it, but *very* recent events are going to keep me off that topic to focus on the sensory. We are getting huge hits of concord grape and raspberry followed by hints of coconut and guava. Bright citrus/grapefruit helps round out the profile along with cherry and acerola notes.
