オーストラリア『One Drop Brewing』とのコラボレーションビール。
国境を越えて育まれた友情とリスペクトが結実し、Clean Fusion™製法(※)をWCB流にアレンジ。
ドライホップには、ニュージーランド Freestyle Hops @freestylehops から空輸されたホップのみを使用し、みずみずしいアロマとフレーバーを余すことなくビールに溶け込ませた。
※発酵終了後に酵母を取り除きドライホップを行うことで、アロマとフレーバーを効果的にビールへしっかり融合させること。
新鮮なホップ由来のオレンジやグレープフルーツ、ハーブのニュアンスのアロマ。
味わいには柑橘、温度が上がるにつれメロンのようなフレーバーがあり、後味の苦みにより引き締まった味わいに。
用宗から南半球オーストラリアへ、Hop Dudeはリュックを携えて降り立つ。一体、彼の目的とは。
緑を掻き分け、期待に胸を膨らませOne Drop Brewingの扉を開く。そこに広がっていたのは、ホップ香る夢のビール楽園だった…。

Certified. Banger. If you like hops, and you liked Southern Legends (our previous foray into the lost woods ahem I mean “Clean Fusion” with our homies at One Drop) then you, are, going, to, LOVE this. It’s almost too much. When the hop freshness hits 11😮💨⚡️🔈
Might as well be in NZ cooking up this bad boy. We flew over fresh 2025 Riwaka and Tropical Fusion, added them cold side and let them do their work. The aroma literally jumps off the top of the glass. This is truly ‘a once in a year’ kind of beer - Come get some of this airdropped fresh hop goodness before it runs out.
