創業109年、新店舗は8周年を迎える『関町セラー』のAnniversary Beerが、今ここに爆誕する。古のAlchemistの力を借り、再び魔法を解き放つ。この街で、そしてこの一杯で、誰もがホップの世界に酔いしれる。

鮮烈トロピカルフレッシュ。さらには柑橘の華やかな香りの印象に、桃やシャキッとした赤いリンゴを連想させるアロマ。僅かに感じる草やウッディな質感が、爽やかでバランスの良い味わいに深みを上乗せ。

109 years of anything is pretty incredible. And stacking 8 years on the tail end pumping beers to the crew, cultivating the local beer scene? This calls for a little anniversary elixir imo. Local Alchemist is our tribute to Sekimachi Cellar—their initial foray into Hop Dude territory began with the OG FHA (v3?), and they haven’t looked back. Ardent supporters of far more than our band of rogue lupulin warriors, Sekimachi brings a kind of tempered enthusiasm to the scene, paired with a fantastic crew and space we all kinda wish we had in our backyard. The brew—hazy thick, laden with 2025 Freestyle offerings fresh off the boat, packing a vibrant pineapple/stone fruit sensory with a dry enough finish to keep you reaching for more. Congrats to another year—and here’s to 8 more😎🤘🏼
