故郷・ブラジルの風をたっぷり吹き込んだKettle Sour。日本では珍しいブラジルフルーツを副原料に、さらに進化したレシピで再び登場！
今作は、トロピカルでジューシーな甘さが際立つ南米の果実“カシューフルーツ”のピューレとカカオニブをセレクト。あらゆる柑橘を調和させたようなアロマから始まり、副原料由来の果実感と柔らかな甘さ、そして穀物やナッツのニュアンス。優しい酸味が口に広がる、フルーティーで爽やかな一杯。
This version of sour grrl is brewed with cashew fruit, a tropical ingredient that’s juicy, tangy, and full of character.
To complement its bright and refreshing flavor, I added cocoa nibs, which bring natural notes of chocolate and roasted nuts. The combination creates a beer that’s both vibrant and smooth, playful and complex, a way to share a piece of Brazil, reimagined here in Japan.
