ニュージーランドのブルワリー・Garage Projectとのコラボレーション企画『Hapi Sessions』。毎年、NZにホップの選定に訪れるブルワリーとタッグを組み、本国で知られるビール(今回はWCBのStarwatcher)をベースに収穫したての新鮮なホップを使用するコラボビール企画。今回は現地でセレクションされた2025年産Freestyleのホップ、Nelson SauvinとSouthern CrossをGarage ProjectとWCBともに空輸で飛ばし、
2つの地で同じレシピが醸造されるクロスコラボレーションが実現された。まさに「NZ版Starwatcher」とも言える特別な一杯。
グレープフルーツのようなアロマに、口に含むと、ほのかなダンクさと松脂、パッションフルーツ、マーマレードといった複雑なフルーティーさが広がります。心地よいすっきりとした後味が全体を引き締める一杯です。

Brewed in tandem with our friends at Garage Project in Wellington, NZ - is a decidedly NZ take on one of our favorite beers, Starwatcher.
We threw caution (and hops) to the wind (jumbo jet) to get them here as soon as humanly possible post-harvest, in an attempt to emulate the Garage Project version of the same brew released for Hapi Sessions 2025. The fresher the punchier, and this one doesn't disappoint!
