We've been rolling out various iterations of JRA collabo brews for the big Osaka races, and now that we've done IPA a few times we're finally getting around to the hype s***.  Spring doesn't exactly scream pina colada goodies, but in our aim to introduce interesting vestibules of intoxication to the degen <3 horse racing clientele, we be bringing the fruit this season.  The Centaur? is a kind of wild mythological / symbolic statue out front of the gig that might literally have nothing to do with the beer itself, but we wanted to approach this release in away we could make it super recognizable and commemorative.  Expect bright and tropical, pineapple/coconut doing a lot of the heavy lifting, and a kind of yogurt-like creaminess with hints of zesty lime citrus.
