だがしかし今日に限っては、
それすらも未だ余興に過ぎないのかもしれない。
何故なら、本日のメインがまだ登場していないから……。
会場の明かりが突然消え、静寂に包まれる。
そして、突如としてライトアップされると、
舞台には本日の主役たちが既に登壇していた。
音のしない会場の空気感は、より一層の緊張感を醸し出す。
今日はどんな演奏会なのか。期待に胸が膨らむ観客たち。
すると張り詰めた弦のボウイングを合図に、
楽しいホップな一時が幕を開けた。
ほのかなダンク、オレンジやマンゴー、メロンの濃厚なフルーツ香、そして松感が重なり合います。
ニュージーランドホップとMosaicホップの個性が際立つバランスの取れた一杯です。
コントラバスを携えたHop Dudeの演奏開始を皮切りに
色とりどりの音楽に囲まれ、
打って変わって和らいだ雰囲気と心が踊る宴で
気分は最高潮へと到達する。
最高の音とビールが作り出す特別な空間で
今夜も皆さまをお待ちしています。
The Hop Dude doesn't just cook rando WC Double IPAs, now. Spotlight is a rare brand NEW take on the style, showcasing (spotlighting...) huge Mosaic and NZ hop additions. We are getting subtle dankness, with rich sticky sweet citrus and mango aromatics and hints of pine, wood and grape character. This one also has the body and the bitterness the Hop Dude craves - a bit on the stronger side, reminiscent of more classic-era Imperial IPAs (without the old school color). Almost feels like Starwatcher with the dank/bitterness dial turned up to 11. I have a feeling we are going to be making this one fairly soon 😛
