Absolutely nothing “local” about this (or most of the beers we make, IYKYK)—but yeah what ANOTHER hazy IPA? Yea brah. Kinda like that commute. Hop Dudes are pumping it day in and day out, week in and week out—grinding it out like the rest of us, and the Alchemist be cooking the hazies. But yeah back to commutes—all this “on time” and orderly, clean(!), well-mannered train stuff (amazing btw)—after a week of it you gotta EXPOUND. This is where “The Local” comes in - Eggers Diesel (super duper almost too-late Riwaka) makes a cameo in this one, we are getting strong citrus/concord grape aromatics and signature Riwaka hits coupled with big grassy tropical/stone fruit characters on the palate (if you know El Dorado btw, you’ll feel it in the finish). Drink Local? Yeah, actually.
