WCBシンプルロゴシリーズ第8弾！過去作「Very Red Sunset」のレシピを踏襲し、アルコール度数を抑えたRed IPAが完成。5種類のモルトをブレンドし、香ばしいベイク感がアクセント。
キャラメルや焦がし砂糖、トフィーを連想させる豊かなアロマに、ベリーやオレンジ、甘いトロピカルフルーツのようなトーンが調和。さらにウッディなニュアンスが深みを加え、後味に効いた爽やかな苦みも◎。
Getting darker earlier means more of the maltier goodies--and it had been a while since we went amber/red, so yeah let us do our thing? Caramel, burnt sugar and toffee on the nose with fruity hits of berry, orange, red apple and pear make this the *perfect* companion post-shift pre-evening breeze, warming you up and maybe (if you are me) bringing you back to another time, when the brews were a bit darker and (in a good way) slightly less refined. Chinook, Simcoe and Citra combos will do that 😛
