WCBの物語が始まった場所、『12 - twelve』が2025年の12/12で8周年🎉この日に向けて店舗スタッフがブルワリーへ集結し、今年もみんなで造ったアニバーサリービールが完成。
例年同様、ドリンカブルなレシピは絶対ハズせない！そして用宗にそっと舞い落ちた果実の天使――“パッションフルーツ”。香気あふれるピューレを惜しみなく投入し、トロピカル感が重なる、軽快でハッピーなSession Hazy IPA。
副原料のパッションフルーツはもちろん、鮮やかな印象のトロピカルや柑橘を感じさせるアロマ。グレープフルーツやオレンジのように爽やかな印象が加わり、ストーンフルーツを思わせるニュアンスで一杯のバランスをトリミング。後味には草やハーブ感に、丸みのある優しい苦みと穏やかな甘み。
多くのHop Dudeたちが足を運んでくれるからこそ、8年経った今も光輝く場所――『12 - twelve』。集う一人ひとりが、この店の鼓動を鳴らし続けてくれる。だからこれからもずっと、パーティーは終わらない！
12 turns 8! Eight years since we flooded the zone with IPA from the PNW and started on this wack journey (very glad we did). Every Dec we stop for a split second to reflect on the journey (and drink excessive amounts of whatever the anniversary session hazy is). This year we are rolling out a passionfruit-laden version of our session hazy--and if you like passionfruit you are going to LOVE this beer. We went light on the DH (a smattering of Kohia Nelson) and heavy on the fruit (puree and juice combo) and I have a feeling we nailed it. Cracked the code. Figured out what Eric Dale was missing. All of the above. This is a pretty limited release, if you can find a can def have a taste and celebrate with us 🙂
