They gave it a name—Tropical Fusion. Was a kind of wonky one-off freak of nature? A cross-pollinated? Cross-planted? Anyway it was an accident of some kind resulting in a pretty killer sensory on the table during our NZ visit in 2025. Finding out there was a good chance this one makes a comeback in 2026, we decided to gather the boys and cook up another collabo, cross-pollinating this one with 5 of our favorite elixir-baking comrades, with styles all of the E-PA persuasion with roulette twists on hops and wildcard ingredients. The mission, to give the drinker an idea of what TF does in a beer, and ofc to give the brewers some license to wheel and deal. The WCB version is a bold Riwaka bomb, with a dash of ginger and allspice that add a gentle warmth to the finish (tbh, super happy with how this one ended up all things considered). Best enjoyed along side any or all of the other 5 collabo concoctions!!
