Throwback Series第7弾。ここで一度、久々にこれまでの軌跡を辿る。今回は歴代のFHAの中でも、群を抜いて人気を誇ったv29のレシピを再現。さらにこれまでのシリーズ展開で培った、ブルワーたちの経験や手法を取り入れブラッシュアップ。
いくつもの鍛錬を重ねて、その先で見えてくるもの。Alchemistの歩みは、いつだってホップへの衝動が原動力。過去と未来が交差する一瞬のきらめきと共に、錬金術を唱える。
ドライホップの組み合わせは変えずとも、ホップの使用量を大幅UP！マンゴーやパパイヤ、パイナップルを思わせる、トロピカルで力強いアロマが特徴的。さらに桃やぶどうのジューシー感と、柑橘果皮のような香りが重なり、全体をふわっと包み込むような優しい甘さが調和。
じんわりと蘇る記憶をアップデート。魅惑のDream Hazeな仕上がりに、再び胸を掴まれる。その余韻は小さな光となり、また次なる挑戦へ。
From time to time we reach back into the annals and recipes of Alchemist’s long past in search of forgotten brilliance (or just really tasty combos). V29 was a fan fav, and we have done our best to recreate it in all of it’s glory—copious doses of Citra, Rakau and Wakatu = a fantastic combo literally dripping with tropical fruit vibes. Layered within you’ll also find succulent sweetness a la peach/grape notes, as well as some grapefruit zesty bitterness. A touch more on the sweet side than most of the Hop Dude’s hazy offerings, a little confectionary-esque finish rounds this one out brilliantly.
