It feels like being caught up in a daydream sometimes.  7 years in, this profound privilege we have--to bring you great beer--certainly isn't lost on us.  We're constantly evolving and pushing for new and fun but also just generally pretty stoked on what we get to do.  We are perpetually grateful and we try to emulate that emotion (figuratively and literally) in some way shape or form in the elixirs we cook up.  Reflecting on 7 years, Cloud 7 (while not quite Cloud 9) is kind of where are our feelings are at.  Thankful, surreal, proud, and ready to push into year 8.

We do a LOT of hazy doubles, but we don't earmark them for Mosaic and Idaho 7 only very often.  Cloud 7 brings the dank, a sensory we enjoy immensely and honestly while classic in nature at this point, every time we pump one up it feels brand new.  Huge tropical, some melon up in there and the Mosaic also imparts a pretty strong berry forward vibe, not always/often present in our hazies but a welcome addition to balance out the diesel-y lightly burnt match fun this concoction brings.
