WCBイチの食いしん坊、“Crispi Boi” 大好物のホップを食べ過ぎて、気づけば倉庫の中身は、ほぼ空っぽに。。。どうにか残っていたSaaz(ザーツ) を使い、歴史深いチェコの手法で作ったビールがこれだー!!

いちごキャンディや蜂蜜にフローラル感、微かなシトラスも連想できる軽やかなアロマ。広がりあるモルトの味わいにはパインツリーの印象も。今回のバッチでは苦みの存在感もしっかりと感じられるが飲みやすく、爽やかな余韻も◎。

伝統を守り、新しきを追求する。これも、WCBスタイル。ホップ爆食い&ビールがぶ飲みスタイルで、まだまだ厳しい残暑を駆け抜けましょう🍻

Thirsty for Crispi, our Boi is back. The Alchemist’s jacketed stainless cauldrons of wonder continue to pump out the super crispi liquid goodies. As we like to say - Czech Pils Paradise is now open for session. We finally got around to weaving this bad boi back into the brew schedule, and not a moment too soon. Crispi Boi pushes the traditional style with just enough Saaz hops to satiate the Hop Dude’s monstrous appetite, having just the right amount of lemongrass / herbal nuance, a touch of lemon / banana on the nose and a light body to accentuate hop bitterness and max out the Crispiness Quotient. We’re going to make that a thing. Somehow (we’re still working on it). It’s gonna take time. And lots of Czech Pils.
