今回のヘイジーダブルIPAには、アルケミストが自慢のホップライブラリーから人気のCitraとGalaxyを取り出しその欲望のままに投入。柑橘&パッションフルーツの香りに釣られてグァバ、メロンとパインのフレーバーが気持ち良く味覚を擽る仕上がり。
The Alchemist reached into his hop library and pulled out a couple of his personal favorites for this second installment in our Hazy Double IPA series. Throttling the lupilin injections at around 30g/L, the result is a silky-smooth Citra and Galaxy-laden hop stormer, leading with citrus and passion fruit and finishing with bright and juicy guava and pineapple.
