世界は海と空で繋がっている。オーストラリアからトロピカルなBig Waveと共に、ようやく用宗へ到着したAussie Dude。『Mountain Culture』から送り込まれた彼こそ、味わいの鍵を握る重要参考人（ホップ）。
国を超えたミーティングで考えた、両社同様のレシピ。今回は、前回バッチのレシピをベースに、2026年収穫のRiwaka PikimaiとMosaic LUPOMAX、仕上げにはMaui NelsonのHop Kiefを使用。
ミントを思わせるハーブの印象に、白ワインやグレープフルーツ、レモンのようなアロマ。さらに、湿り気のある土を連想させるダンクなニュアンス。爽やかな柑橘感が広がり、柔らかな苦みとラガーらしいクリスプな飲み口に。
飲んだ瞬間、心が躍るビールは世界共通。リスペクトを捧げる同士だからこそ叶う技術交流で、これからもHop Dudeは新たな波を乗りこなす。
Riding the Pine is a hop-forward take on a pilsner using a blend of "New World" (NZ) Riwaka and old school Mosaic, with a dash of Maui Nelson (pineapple-infused Nelson Sauvin) Hop Kief for a tropical boost. We are getting tons of grapefruit/citrusy notes, mixed in with hints of berry and concord grapes, and of course tropical pineapple. We aren't forgetting the namesake flavor/aroma component (pine), add notes of fresh-cut grass and a subtle dankness that keeps you coming back for more. Riding the Pine is a fabulous take on a hoppy pils, and one you won't want to miss.
