袋いっぱいに充満したアロマに、迷わず顔を埋める。これはホップと一対一で向き合うための、Hop Dudeにとって最高に贅沢で、マニアックな瞬間。全神経を鼻腔の一点にまで研ぎ澄まし、自らの感覚を信じ抜く、なんとも痺れる重要ミッション。
先日、Mr.DがNZ現地🇳🇿 で買い付けを終えたばかりの@freestylehops のホップを、Inkhorn Brewingチームの分と共に空輸で日本へ。届きたてホヤホヤ、2026年収穫の“Nectaron”を主役に、ドライホップの相棒としてCitraとKrushもセレクトし、恒例のクロスコラボレーションが今年も実現へ！
アロマのイメージは、いちご・ぶどう。さらにグレープフルーツのような爽やかな柑橘感が香りをさらに引きたてる。味わいには、黄桃などピーチネクターのようなトロピカルなニュアンスが加わり、フルボディでありながらシルキーな飲み口に。
ニュージーランドの眩しい太陽を吸い込んだ、弾けるようなホップの輝き。現地で確信したあの瞬間を、次はあなたのグラスで。

The 2026 Fresh Freestyle train begins - brewed with our Hop Dude pals from Inkhorn, Super Fresh combines several of their signature techniques into a Hazy Double IPA that is incredibly (dangerously) imbibable (we might need to put a cap on consumption for this one, yes I’m talking to you Takai-san). 2026 Freestyle Nectaron plays lead role in this massive hazy, with supporting actors in 2025 Citra and Krush from our Hollingbery selections. Strawberry, grape, sweet peach - we’re also getting some sophisticated floral vibes that make the light hop burn (it is Super Fresh, after all) more than bearable. One of my favorite hazies to date, the fresh hops make it pop!
